By the way, my favorite recipe is this cheesy chicken & rice!
Cream of Chicken Soup -- Gluten Free
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 cube chicken bullion (gluten-free... I use Knorr)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
It really could not get easier!!
